The company established in 1996-97, a fully automatic rolling mill at SIDA, Sathariya, Distt- Jaunpur (U.P.). The mill produced all steel structure related to building material like Angles, Channels, Rods & TMT Bars in the Brand Name of RADHE. The product of the company is awarded ISO certification 9001, 14001, 18001 & ISI certifications. The compa... ny supplied their product to all the State Government undertakings, like PWD, UPRNN Ltd, Bridge Corporation, ADA, LDA, Railway etc, which are engaged in the construction activity and in open market. However, Rolling mill at Sathariya, UP has been halved off to the other family members as a part of partition agreement with effect from 26th December, 2009. The promoters of the company decided to establish integrated steel plant consisting of Sponge Iron, Captive Power, Induction Furnace, Rolling Mill and allotment of Captive Iron Ore & Coal Mines in the year 2003. To give this effect the promoters of company has entered into with a Memorandum of Understanding on dated. 17.07.2003 at Raipur (C.G.).
