We provide liquidity to entrepreneurs and businesses as well as private equity funds. We invest primarily in venture- and expansion-stage companies with superior technologies and business processes, experienced management and the potential for substantial capital appreciation. We are looking for breakthrough technology companies in the IT sector. Our preference is entrepreneurs who are more technically minded; who are looking for investment and advice from a team who know the industry inside out. We are attracted to smaller companies, owned by highly skilled and motivated entrepreneurs that perhaps have a limited operating history or are not yet large enough to raise capital in the public markets. Generally we are Seed and Series A funders but as independent investors we have significant flexibility as to exactly what companies, and at what stage, we invest.
