Anew Building

Established by founder Sam DeCaria, Anew Building Corporation has deep roots in the Greater Toronto Area construction industry. Four generations of the DeCaria Family have been active in commercial, industrial, residential as well as municipal and institutional construction. Sam DeCarias earlier developments beginning in 1980 focused on commercial... projects in the office, retail and industrial sectors in the Cities of Toronto, Vaughan and Mississauga. Custom homes and luxury condos have been built in Torontos most affluent neighbourhoods with custom homes in Ledbury Park, York Mills, Lawrence Park and Forest Hill. Anews philosophy is simple: Build each home as though it was meant for a family member. More recently Anews focus has shifted to the development of higher density developments such as a 24 storey condominium building steps from Torontos Eaton Centre. In the City of Kitchener, a short walk to the Google head offices, construction is proceeding on a master planned 900 unit townhouse and condominium project. A residential development in the City of Brampton has received OMB approval for 461 townhomes and condominium apartment units. In the City of Toronto two redevelopment sites are proceeding through the planning stages for residential uses. Anew Building Corporation is registered with Tarion Warranty Corporation and the Building Industry and Land Development Association. Sam DeCaria is a current Board Member of the CCIM Central Canada Chapter and has served as the Past Regional CCIM Vice President representing Canada. CCIM stands for Certified Commercial Investment Member.
