Having a higher personnel-to-patient ratio opened up appointment times during the day to see emergency patients, but also improved the quality of care the patients received by allowing the medical staff to know their patient as a person rather than a chart with a number. Since opening, the office expanded to add four other clinicians, including two physician assistants and two nurse practitioners. The family orientation of the office also guaranteed longevity. If you walked into the office in 2000, you received care from the same tight-knit group you would meet in 2010, and as your health changes and you face life's challenges, they follow and understand. This office understands that consistency is at the core of quality patient care, consistency that cannot be communicated through an impersonal timeline on a record edited by 15 different doctors. The office specializes in flu and pneumonia vaccinations, urgent care, pulmonary function testing, hemorrhoid diagnosis, regular checkups, and general medical attention. Located at the Littleton Hospital in Littleton, Colorado, but a hospital is not large enough to facilitate all he has to offer.
