Moving country is a difficult and stressful task for almost everybody and what makes it more stressful , is government rules and regulations, its complexity and its preciseness. We had to communicate via email since i was overseas at the time, which isnt the best means of communications in the first place, but he was excellent in his timely responses and always made me feel at ease. Thank you SO much for making my dream come true and getting me back to Australia. I gave it a go myself in 2013 and failed miserably and im very grateful for all the effort that was put in to change my destiny around . I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am that our visa has been granted! We have gone through such a long, hard slog to get here. Three visas, five years and thousands of dollars later we are finally permanent residents. A massive weight has just been lifted off both our shoulders. We are eternally grateful to you all. We visit South Africa and on our way back via Singapore they refused to board us to Australia and informed us that our visa expired. We were very stressed.
