Anderson Property Management Inc. was founded 1981. The business is owned and operated by Ann D. Taylor; she currently serves as the Property Manager in Charge. Ann D. Taylor has been with Anderson Property Management Inc. since its organization in 1981. Over the 31 years we have been in business, we have grown from a company managing 67 properties... to company managing approximately 1000 properties and serving over 500 owners in four different Counties in the Upstate of South Carolina while maintaining a 92% occupancy rating or better. We have maintained associations with the local Anderson Chamber of Commerce, Better Business Bureau, Western Upstate Realtors Association, and the South Carolina Real Estate Commission. We specialize in residential housing varying from houses, condominiums, duplexes, apartments, town homes and Home Owners Associations. We strive to maintain a personal, friendly, and professional business relationship with both our owners and tenants. We maintain a professional and honorable relationship with our local law enforcement agencies and judicial officials as well as other government agents and agencies so as to keep, both a respected and ethical relationship with these entities. We are licensed to operate by the South Carolina Real Estate Commission and we currently have multiple licensed and professional property managers, seven full time staff members and one part time member providing the best service possible. We have a support group of several licensed and well qualified and reputable technicians and service providers to meet our customers' needs. Our primary goal is to strive to achieve the objectives of our owners while maintaining and increasing the value of their investments as well as provide our tenants with a quality residential living environment at a fair and marketable rental rate based upon a prospects needs and financial resources.
