About Anchorise
Anchorise is a sustainable fashion brand that empowers young women by providing access to education in areas of greatest need. It began 2017 as a movement to empower young girls through self-esteem workshops in schools. We were moved to action by the reality that a lot of girls would not be able to complete primary school or continue on to secondary education because their parents could not afford to pay their school fees. So, Anchorise was born! The following January, we raised money to help five girls complete their primary school education and decided to come up with a sustainable way to empower girls. A percentage of our sales is used to empower young women through education by paying for fees, organising and personal development workshops and summer schools that will provide them with all the tools and resources they need to reach their goals in all spheres of their life. Our flagship products (Anchorise backpacks and crossbody bags) are currently in production.Explore more
