Anant Enterprises' main functions are real estate development, operations management, and construction. Dr. Deepak Gangahar led and operated a prominent cardiac surgical practice in Lincoln & Omaha for 35 years. Dr. Ganahar was appointed Chair of the TeamMates Board of Directors on January 1, 2021, where he continues to serve today. Kirt Trivedi grew up in Pueblo, CO. He has grown up in the construction and hospitality industry. His first private development occurred in McCook, NE in 2000. Since then, Kirt has developed assets with Wyndham, Hilton, IHG, Marriott, and Starwood. Dr. Gangahar and Kirt Trivedi began their relationship in 2006.
