Amrit Composite is specialized in making GRP/FRP composite panels. We have our own production line and lamination lines to manually or continuously. Our automatic line produce over 2000m2 of fiberglass gel coated coils a day. We have 6 pcs of 3m*12m tables to make FRP and hydraulic press to make composite sheet. FRP/GRP Fiberglass Reinforced Polyes... ter is famous for it's anti-corrosion, weather-proofing and long life span. By laminted FRP with polypropylene honeycomb core or other foaming materias (PU, XPS, Alu honeycomb, Plywood), the sandwiches structure create a I beam structure which can resist huge weight and crashing force, at the same time the panel itself is light. By adding the Gel-coat surface to Amrit composite panel, the panel can also show different decorative purposes. Major Application for FRP composite panel is for Trailer van body.
