Amnest Was established by Eng. Abdul-Aziz Mohammed Alnamlah in 1996 as a Family Business Group that combined companies of diverse fields of industry. However, Motivated by Eng. Alnamlah's eagerness to the manufacturing field, the Group has then driven most of its concentration to transformational manufacturing investment. During 1996 and the few ye... ars following, Amnest Group expanded, and new manufacturing companies and companies of other fields was established and adjoined to the Group. In 2009, Amnest Group was officially registered as a closed joint stock company at the Ministry of Commerce and industry of Saudi Arabia. Since then, the Group has been recognized as Abdulaziz Alnamlah Holding Group ( Amnest). Helped by the promising investment atmosphere and the booming market in Saudi Arabia, Amnest Group was successful to strongly enter the manufacturing sector in addition to service, contracting, construction, trade and real estate development. Amnest Group has successfully made its way and surmount all challenges to become an integral part of the economic system of Saudi Arabia with its 12 companies and plants, which have been operating since almost a decade.
