AMMA Private Equity was developed by accountants for accountants and has continued to work exclusively with accounting firms and their clients since 2008. The founders of AMMA had spent the prior 15 years working with Chartered & CPA Accounting Firms helping them to grow and improve performance of their own businesses and working with clients in a... management consultancy and advisory service. This relationship and connection with clients of accounting firms, led to working with clients in financial planning and ultimately led to the formation of AMMA Private Equity. In their founding year, AMMA approached select accounting firms within their member network and asked whether they had any clients with a sound business idea that needed extra financial assistance to grow. A number of business ideas were submitted, one of them was Guvera and since then AMMA Private Equity has continued to help entrepreneurs grow great companies by raising capital via a strong global network of accounting firms and their clients.
