Whether in the due diligence phase, project planning, or active construction, our geotechnical engineers on staff can provide economical solutions. Amicus can provide our professional services for subsurface sampling with drill rigs or excavators (test pits). We can also offer pavement design, slope design, rigid wall design as well other soils related services. Construction Materials Testing Amicus has staff professionals that can provide QA/QC services on active project sites. Our third party Construction Materials Testing (CMT) services include earthwork monitoring, foundation testing, concrete testing, grout testing, and subgrade verifications. Additionally Amicus can provide pre and post blast surveying, wood framing assessments, and a variety of specialty type observations. Property Condition Assessment Amicus offers our Property Condition Assessment (PCA) services for a wide variety of existing sites. Site types include but not limited to: industrial buildings, commercial and office buildings, multi-family structures, retail buildings and centers, and special use structures.
