We are engaging in hydrocarbon refining, processing and trading of Oil contracts in Nigeria and worldwide, for export. A hydrocarbon refinery for the Delta area of Nigeria is hereby proposed. The available crude oil production has already been identified and characterized. here is 100,000 barrels per day of crude oil production available for proces... sing in the proposed refinery. The proposed refinery will utilize a lower temperature, smaller crude fractionation unit. It will have a Naphta Hydrodesulfurizer and Reformer to produce high-octane gasoline. The surplus hydrogen from the reformer will be used in a specialized hydrocracker to convert the heavier crude oil fractions to ultra low sulfur gasoline and diesel fuel products. The proposed refinery will produce gasoline, jet fuel, diesel fuel, and a minimal amount of lube oil. The refinery will require about $2.4 Billion, to construct and operate. It will have a net annual pre-tax profit of about $2.0 Billion in the first year. The feasibility is positive subject to confirmation of long-term crude supply. The study also identified procedures for evaluating processing options as a means for Amexum Corporation and Nigeria to maximize the value of their crude oil production. The State owned refineries in Nigeria are in the process of being privatized presently. They are also in various stages of repair to enhance their outputs that have been very well below intended capacity.
