AlCorp opened its first American law offices in the Middle East in 1979 and after an earlier success closed its independently owned and operated American law services office due to political upheaval in the region. In 1989 Alcorp reopened its offices in Cairo that resulted in opening its offices in Sudan, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Iraq, UAE, Bahrain, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Tanzania, Zanzibar, Mozambique, and Angola.
