Highly Engaged Employees

American Heritage Homes is a custom home builder serving the Central Ohio region with a specialization in on-your-lot construction, where clients bring their own land to the builder rather than purchasing from a developer inventory. Operating for over two decades, the company has built a reputation for understanding the deeply personal and emotiona... l nature of home construction and for streamlining the building process to maximize convenience and clarity for homeowners. American Heritage Homes maintains an in-house team of design consultants, draftsmen, and estimatorsrather than outsourcing these functionsenabling rapid turnaround on pricing, proposals, and custom modifications. The company offers approximately 40 home designs in its portfolio, all of which are customizable to reflect the unique needs and preferences of individual families; clients may also bring their own designs for the builder to execute. A core differentiator is the company's local presence and community investment: leadership and staff live in the Central Ohio area, see their completed homes regularly, and view themselves as neighbors to their customers rather than distant contractors. This localized approach is reinforced by an extensive collection of customer testimonials that speak to service quality and reliability. American Heritage Homes positions itself as a flexible partner willing to adapt its processes and designs to match client requirements, recognizing that no two families have identical needs or visions for their homes. By combining design flexibility, transparent in-house operations, local accountability, and a customer-centric philosophy, American Heritage Homes differentiates itself in a competitive custom home building market where emotional trust and ease of process are as important as the final product.Read More
