American Group was founded in 2006 by Michael Schember and Daniel Krivickas, two veterans of the trucking industry. Both had worked for LTL carriers for well over a decade, and recognized that there were more efficient and responsive ways to handle shipping responsibilities for their clients. Committed to finding a better way to take care of clients, they launched American Group as a boutique brokerage offering LTL and FTL freight services.
