We have been a family owned and operated business since 1995. In 1997 Logan and Melanie decided to transfer their business from Virginia to beautiful North Carolina. Scouting all areas they decided to plant their roots in the Indian Trail - Monroe area. Since 1997, America First Heating, under the guidance of Logan and Melanie has grown into a full... service, fully licensed, accredited, and bonded heating and air conditioning contractor that is proud to serve all of your Residential and Commercial Heating and Air needs. In January 2012, Logan decided to follow another avenue at which time, Melanie bought out his portion of the business, and is now sole owner. At America First Heating & Cooling, we believe that consumers deserve better than what they have become accustomed to receiving from other service providers. The world has changed dramatically in the last 20 years and most homeowners do not receive the same level of personal service once enjoyed by their parents. Greed, profit mondering and "A Quick Buck" have taken the place of honesty, loyalty, and quality. It is our mission to restore these things once more.
