Roberts 42 years in the construction industry can be characterised by clear methodology and strong work ethic, with a focus on technically demanding and performance focused projects. He commenced his building career in 1974, working with his father who was also a property developer and builder. Robert formed his own construction company in 1979, and has constructed numerous commercial, industrial and residential developments of the highest calibre. Robert was the recipient of the Top Homes Award Housing Industry Association for excellence every year from 1993 to 1997. In 1998 he received the H.I.A and Master Builders Association House of the Year award. From 1999 to 2016 Yazbek constructed high-rise residential developments. Rebranding to Amara Living has given him the opportunity to work independently, while continuing to apply his many years of knowledge and expertise proven in the significant architectural, property development and construction projects he has successfully completed to date. Matthew Vartuli joined in November 2012, bringing 10 years of experience in the accounting and tax profession with him. His experience includes a five year period at Ernst & Young as a manager in the private client services team specialising in tax, accounting and commercial advice for high net worth individuals and entrepreneurial businesses. He continues to consult and engage Ernst & Young.
