Alternative Opportunities Inc. / Springfield Partners, LLC (PARTNERS) provides performance based Foster Care Case Management services in the 31st (Greene County) and 39th (Barry, Lawrence and Stone Counties) Judicial Circuits in accordance with the provisions and requirements and on behalf and to the sole satisfaction of the Department of Social Se... rvices, Children's Division. PARTNERS provide case management for the following as authorized by the state agency: Abused and neglected children under the jurisdiction of the Juvenile Court who have been placed in out-of-home care, Children of youth under the jurisdiction of the Juvenile Court who have been placed in out-of-home care, The families and siblings of children placed in out-of-home care under the jurisdiction of the Juvenile Court, and Out-of-home care foster parent and resource home providers. PARTNERS provides case management services which are designed to ensure the safety of all children served, including those remaining in the home, and shall ensure stability and permanency for those children who are placed in out-of-home care. PARTNERS emphasizes and strives to meet the following goals: Ensure a safe environment and well-being for all children served; Timely permanency; Reunification of children in out-of-home placements with their family (preferably a parent, parents or grandparent(s) other suitable relatives as provided by law) whenever possible and in the best interests of the child or: Continuity of placement for the child in out-of-home care; Preserve a child's connection to the family of origin when possible; Uphold a child's right to belong to a family; and Satisfaction by the child and their family served to the extent that the contractor's family case manager has acted in accordance with the requirements set forth by the laws and statutes of the State of Missouri One of the roles of Springfield Partners is developing foster homes.
