I am proud to have been associated with the 'Alpha Hosers' for over 20 year. I supplement my own knowledge with the experiences of our broker-owner Scott Lindsey and key professionals like Jonathan Starr, Merv Gabriel and others. In turn I share my expertise with them and with the more junior members in our team. Our company philosophy is that if a mortgage can be done, Alpha House can do it. We focus on residential mortgages but are equally adept at commercial and industrial financings as well. Our focus is on excellent and timely customer service with a dogged pursuit of success ending with- 'I have an approval for you'. I work with my clients to gather information and then focus my energies on getting a fast approval with the best terms and conditions possible. Interaction with my customers is based on a philosophy of mutual respect, open communication and quick response time. With more difficult client situations, my success is measured by my ability to select the right lender and then in packaging the information appropriately- to one of twenty-five plus institutional/private lenders, finding the right niche in the marketplace.
