Hi there! Im Britney, but I also go by Brit, or Mom. I am a local Realtor, and mama of two rambunctious little girls, Kayley, and Raelyn, and our Great Dane, Bailey. My weekends are usually filled with trips to Kerr Lake, showing homes, or on the soccer field watching my Mini Messis. I consider myself to be a competitive coffee drinker, animal love... r, and Tj Maxx addict. If my days could be spent petting all the animals, decorating homes, and playing soccer with my littles, I would be most content. If Im not doing one of those things, Im usually designing marketing material, shopping for new staging items (mainly for business, of course), or hosting our familys weekly Sunday dinner. I am passionate about educating my clients about our local real estate market, and there is nothing I love more than forming lifelong friendships over contracts and coffee. I always treat my clients like family, and strive to create a fun, stress-free experience! Ive found that most of my clients choose me because of my upbeat attitude, creative marketing, and knowledge of our local market. I have been licensed since 2012, but my passion for real estate was rooted in me at an early age. As a third generation real estate agent, and coming from a construction background, real estate has always made sense to me.
