The company was formed in 2003 to purchase the business and assets of Ausmalt Packaging, which had been operating in the flexible packaging market for approximately four years. In early 2008 we completed the acquisition of the shrink film and plain film division of Safepak Pty Ltd. This involved the relocation of two specialist extrusion lines to o... ur Campbellfield factory and the opportunity to service an increased customer list served by those lines. In 2013 we began contract production for another local supplier adding further capabilites and efficiencies to both businesses. Over the past few years we have continued to increase our capabilities, with the addition of a high speed bag machine and in 2017 a two layer co-extruder. This will allow us to further enhance our position as a respected supplier to the local industrial market.
