Allsound security has a computerized, 24hour control room based in Clyde st, Knysna. We are the only company in Knysna that has response vehicles stationed in and around Knysna. These 6 vehicles have fully trained response officers to effectively and efficiently handle any emergency situation. The security officers respond immediately to all alarm and panic signals received and both the guards and response officers are in radio contact with the control room at all times. In addition, we have 4 technical teams doing installations and repairs daily. Our technical staff is available at short notice around the clock and are capable of handling any technical problems that may arise. Allsound Security works very closely with the neighbourhood watches in the Knysna area; we have a fantastic working relationship with them and are able to assist them with any complaints or concerns that may arise, significantly decreasing the crime in these areas.
