Subsequently, following a rationalization exercise, ACSB has transferred its toll management and maintenance operation to the newly set up wholly owned subsidiary companies Alloy Toll Management Sdn Bhd and Alloy Maintenance Engineering Sdn Bhd for purpose of enhancing management efficiency and focus on its core businesses. With a healthy balance sheet and to avoid the negative impact from a cyclical constructions industry, the Company has embarked on a strategic plan to diversify its earnings base.
