Darcy joined Allied Technical Resources, Inc. in 1990. She has performed in various roles since joining the team and is now currently in the role of Technical Recruiter and Office Manager. Darcy grew up in Virginia and has over 16 years of recruiting experience and is responsible for making sure that all of our employees needs are addressed in a ti... mely manner. Her favorite part about her job is getting to say, "You have a job and welcome to Allied Technical Resources." Jan's last professional post was as a controller for a chemical company. She comes to Allied Technical Resources, Inc. with over 25 years' experience in accounting and human resources. Jan currently serves as the Administrative Assistant focusing on employee benefits and personnel record keeping. Her attention to detail and hard work makes her an invaluable asset to the team. Fred has been with Allied Technical Resources, Inc. since 1991. He is a Rock Hill, SC, native, and a graduate of Northwestern High School and Presbyterian College. Fred has 30+ years experience in human resources/recruiting. During his many years of experience, he has placed hundreds of technical and professional personnel in such industries as: nuclear, fossil/hydro, manufacturing and A&E/Consulting firms. Rusty serves as the VP of Business Development & Strategy. He is responsible for Allieds' customer relationships, business plan development, and national marketing initiatives. Prior to arriving at Allied, Rusty was Director of Business Development at AECOM, VP of Business Development at System One, and held leadership roles at Areva NP and Duke Engineering & Services. He graduated in 1991 from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. Bill joined Allied Technical Resources, Inc. in 2015 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing with more than 38 years of sales, marketing, and engineering experience in the commercial power sector.
