Located in Atascadero, CA, All Signs and Graphics was established in 2007. Our goal is to provide our customers with the highest level of Integrity, Experience, Quality... and Service throughout the process. We enjoy working side by side with our customers to find solutions that best fit their needs and budget. As a kid who was great at drawing and painting but cut from blue collar, working class roots in Chicago, IL, the sign trade was a natural entry point into a creative career after high school. Tim started his sign career in Chicago, IL in January of 1980 as an apprentice for Foster and Kleiser, the worlds largest outdoor advertising company. He worked under the tutelage of some of the areas great local Wall Dog sign painters, while learning the traditional ways of hand painted signs. After attending Washburne Trade School from 1980-1985 and becoming a journeyman, Tim worked at several prominent sign companies in Chicago before starting his own company in Lincoln Park named Image DeSIGNS which specialized in custom hand painted signs. Loving the outdoors and open spaces of the West, Tim and his lifelong mate Emily moved to Portland, OR in 1989. The move to Portland opened up opportunities for Tim beyond traditional sign painting where he further expanded his skill sets into computer aided graphic design and production techniques. He worked for several graphic design/exhibit firms including Mayer-Reed, where he collaborated on many important projects, including The Underground Railroad Museum in Ohio, Safeco Insurance Campus in Washington State, and helped design and implement the traveler aiding, Transit Tracker system for the City of Portland light rail system, which is successfully in full use on multiple lines there.
