Polyurethane foam roofing was designed within the the past 30 years. Polyurethane roofing is water repellant and of high quality on the insulating scale for both heat and cold a... nd as such is not only a roofing material but attic and outter wall insulation as well. The insulation value, when used as roofing, reduces both the cooling and heating requirements and thus the overall cost of utilities by as much as 30% monthly. When used in conjunction with foam wall insulation further cost reductions are incurred. Our foreign experience includes polyurethane/gravel roofs for the U.S. Government is Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, Middle East, The Virgin Islands, Guam, and Guatamala. Due to the long life of polyurethane/gravel (20 year plus) and its abilities to withstand heat, water and high winds (125 and higher) NO problems have been encountered. Standard roofs, with time and weather, develop leaks, high winds do extensive damage and have virtually no insulation value. In pursuit of high quality workmanship, we have developed a daily roofing spraying checklist. We maintain constant contact with the polyurethane industry and therefore are able to stay in the lead with up-to-date changes.
