All Indigenous Recruiting Organization (AIRO) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to addressing the unique challenges faced by Native American students in their pursuit of higher education. Recognizing that these students often lack a central directory for finding resources, services, and funding opportunities, AIRO has developed an innovative we... b platform designed to connect Native American students with personalized resources, empowering them to achieve their full potential. Our platform features four key programs tailored to Native American students: a college finder, scholarship finder, program finder, and resource finder. These tools provide comprehensive access to essential information, helping students make informed decisions about their education, secure financial support, and succeed in their chosen college or university. By equipping Native American students with the knowledge and resources they need, AIRO aims to improve their individual prospects, as well as the economic and social conditions in their communities. Based in North Dakota, AIRO maintains a strong network with local higher education institutions, including Turtle Mountain Community College, United Tribes Technical College, Bismarck State College, University of Jamestown, and Valley City State University. Furthermore, we collaborate closely with high schools, connecting career advisors from both educational levels to help students explore college campuses. This is particularly significant for high schools with low rates of students who have visited campuses before.
