Alivus Life Sciences Limited, formerly known as Glenmark Life Sciences Limited, is a publicly traded Indian pharmaceutical company headquartered in Mumbai, India, specializing in the development and manufacturing of select high-value, non-commoditized Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients in chronic therapeutic areas. In March 2024, Nirma Limited, a diversified conglomerate with interests in consumer products, cement, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals headquartered in Ahmedabad, acquired 75 percent of the issued and paid-up equity share capital of Glenmark Life Sciences from Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, becoming the new promoter of the company. The company officially rebranded from Glenmark Life Sciences to Alivus Life Sciences in January 2025, with the new identity representing vitality and growth and reflecting the company's evolving vision aimed at further strengthening its global presence and commitment to providing innovative solutions in the API and contract development and manufacturing organization space.
