Services presently provided are: Staff development workshops: Suzanne presents student free day and staff meeting workshops on differentiation, school improvement, developing quality assessment practices and evidence-based pedagogy. Critical friend role... : Suzanne is presently supporting schools with school improvement initiatives including visioning, setting targets, collaboratively writing and implementing school programs, developing performance, researching and engaging evidence-based pedagogies, evolving as a learning community, developing quality assessment and monitoring performance. Conference keynote/ workshop presenter: Suzanne has presented to hundreds of educators on topics such as school improvement, evidence-based pedagogies and developing quality assessment. Her style engages audiences in reflection of their own practices whilst being strongly practical and action-oriented. Facilitator: Suzanne facilitates conferences and team meetings to ensure engagement and action targets are met. Costs include preparatory meetings. Includes development of on-line surveys, telephone interviews, observations and facilitated interviews and meetings as data collection methods; data analysis and recommendations.
