Jason brings 17 years of experience in commodities and investment banking, having worked as a structurer, originator and trader at Engelhart Commodities Trading Partners, Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan, Macquarie and UBS. Prior to co-founding Aleph Commodities, Jason was Partner and Head of Africa and Middle East for Energy & Metals at Engelhart Commodit... y Trading Partners (formerly known as BTG Pactual Commodities) in London. Jason is a graduate of Duke University. Yaw has 17 years of experience in investment banking and private debt & equity investing. He was previously a Partner at Vantage Capital based in South Africa responsible for investments in energy, telecom and real estate across Africa. Prior to that, Yaw was an investment banker in the Global Energy Group at Credit Suisse in New York and worked in Corporate Finance at American Express. Yaw is a graduate of Dartmouth College and has an MBA from the University of Michigan. Neal benefits from 17 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, having previously held roles at Engelhart Commodities Trading Partners in London as head of oil trading, Klesch and Company in London, TNK-BP in Moscow, Central Energy in Zug and PIRA Energy Group in New York. He also worked at Koch Industries and the American Enterprise Institute in Washington, DC. Neal holds a degree from Northwestern University as well as an MA from the European University at St. Petersburg, Russia. Alexander brings 18 years of experience in commodities, real estate, infrastructure and technology investments. He is the former CEO & Portfolio Manager of Tiverton Trading and Founding Partner of Omikron Partners and Liberty Street Partners, where he developed distressed real estate as well as infrastructure projects.
