Aledo Band Boosters

The Aledo Band Boosters (ABB) is a non-profit organization to help promote the Aledo ISD Band program. Members include parents, faculty, staff, neighbors, friends and community partners. Really, anyone who is interested in helping out. The purpose of the Aledo Band Boosters is for the benefit of the band program members of Aledo Independent School... District. The organization shall be non-commercial, non-sectarian, and non-partisan, and avoid controversial issues, particularly those political, moral or religious. What do Band Boosters do? The Band Boosters help out in a variety of ways, including: Organizing fund raising activities to pay for band supplies, equipment, repairs, and other band needs as identified by the band directors. 100% of the net profit from booster activities goes right back into the Aledo band program, grades 6 through 12. Assist the band directors by providing volunteers for projects, such as building half time show props Measuring and mending band uniforms The organization is not commercial, sectarian, or partisan. No commercial enterprise or candidate shall be endorsed by it. Does not seek to direct the administrative activities of the band program nor control band program policies.
