Im Michelle Bevan, a certified coach specializing in emotional intelligence and the principal of Alchemy Coaching. My approach to coaching is rooted in emotional intelligence and deeply informed by neuroscience both of which can be leveraged in really exciting ways to create and propel success. Michelle helped me through one of the most challenging years of my professional career. She helped me focus on what really mattered, challenged my observations and assumptions, and helped increase my self-awareness through helpful exercises.
