Mr. Alvaro is an owner of the firm and is a lifelong resident of the Capital Region of New York. Mr. Alvaro is a proud graduate of Christian Brothers Academy and a member of the CBA Athletic Hall of Fame. Mr. Alvaro earned a bachelor of science degree from Russell Sage College in criminal science. Mr. Alvaro held numerous positions in Albany city g... overnment, at the department head level, where he was responsible for overseeing many important components of city government. Following his successful government career, Mr. Alvaro opened Albany Investigation and Process Services, LLC in 1992 where he was grown the organization to a well known Capital District area investigative and process service firm supporting clients across upstate New York. Mr. Alvaro is a graduate of the charter class of the Capital Leadership Program where he interacted with numerous well known Albany area leaders. In his free time, Mr. Alvaro enjoys golf and scuba diving. Mr. Connolly is an owner of the firm and has deep roots in the Capital District area of New York. After a long and distinguished career in law enforcement, he opened Armstrong Investigation and Consulting Services, LLC with a focus on criminal defense and civil litigation along with criminal justice consulting. In January 2018, Mr. Connolly formed a partnership with Mr. Alvaro joining Albany Investigation & Process Services, LLC. Mr. Connolly began his career with the Albany NY Police Department in 1992. In 1995 he was promoted to detective and served in numerous investigative units within the department; in 2002 Mr. Connolly was promoted to detective sergeant and in 2006 to detective lieutenant serving as the commanding officer of one of five investigative units within the department.
