The central station offers such advanced features as alarm action patterns, automatic voice recording of all calls, video verification, unattended report generation, customer access and a variety of other features. In addition the central station is fully redundant in all items allowing for uninterrupted service to the company's clients. In addition the company has equipped all service and installation vehicles with GPS tracking systems to allow the company to know at all times where all technicians are so the company can provide faster service thru efficient routing. All technicians are scheduled thru an electronic schedule board that is linked to the company's account base. All technicians carry hand held devices linked to the Alarm Partners service system.
