Wendy was born and raised in Jutiapa, Guatemala. After demonstrating continual success at the top of her class throughout school, Wendy moved to Woodbridge, Virginia for a new challenge. She graduated from High School at the top of her class and moved, for a career opportunity, to Virginia Beach. While in Virginia Beach she worked her way up the pr... overbial corporate ladder during the day while working as a waitress during the evening. With an unwavering work ethic, Wendy was soon promoted into what would be her most pivotal executive role in her construction career, Director of Operations for a large Drywall and Paint Contractor. There she was in charge of over 150 employees. After over three years of successfully managing the operations of that company, Wendy was offered a position back in the DC Metro area, where she looked forward to getting back to the area she first knew in the States. She took a position of VP of Operations with a contractor that offered a full compliment of construction services. After assisting in taking this contractor to a multi-million-dollar company, Wendy slowly started Alaric Development Inc. She now works to turn Alaric Development Inc. into a successful company with her team. Wendy has been in the construction and real estate development field for over 18 successful years.
