(LLC) founded in 2003. ThyssenKrupp Industrial Solutions AG (ThyssenKrupp Uhde GmbH) is 100% owned Company by ThyssenKrupp AG, which is a German Industrial Conglomerate. SAFCO-IV Expansion Project in Al-Jubail, which is the biggest Ammonia-Urea Plant in the World, successfully has been awarded to ThyssenKrupp Industrial Solutions AG and Uhde Arabia Ltd. which is completed and in full production capacity reaching to 106% of the name plate capacity of the plant. Hence it is considered on-stream facility. SAFCO-IV is considered a bench mark in the Ammonia, Urea and fertilizers industry technology. Ma'aden selected the technology of Uhde for the Ammonia Plant Project in Ras Al-Khair fertilizer complex awarded to Samsung Engineering Co. As well recently selected Uhde with Daelim as EPC Contractor for the Ammonia Plant in Waad AlShemal.
