AK Supported Housing offers long / medium term residential placements, supported living accommodation and community outreach service to adults between the ages of 18 and 65 years old, who are experiencing mental health problems and may also have borderline learning difficulties. The outreach service is for people living in their own flats in Thurro... ck and needed ad hoc staff support, having successfully made transition from residential care or supported living accommodation. The company's residential and supported living accommodation offers comfortable accommodation to tenants. The bedrooms are well decorated and furnished to a high standard and according to individual tenant taste. Each bedroom has a single / double bed, wardrobe, bedside locker, self-control heating radiator and a smoke alarm. There is a communal lounge with a television, dining area, fully equipped kitchen with laundry facilities, upstairs bathroom/toilet, downstairs toilet and garden.
