AJPC delivered ahead of the date quoted and were really patient and accommodating when dealing with my 85 year old mother. Called around a few places and liked the fact that they didn't try and make it out the problem was a bigger than it was like a few others did. They said it didn't sound like a big issue and though they couldn't guarantee it, said it shouldn't be more than an hour's work and it wasn't. I had been told that the hard drive had crashed but Reece correctly diagnosed the problem, spoke to the manufacturer and obtained a free recovery disk (saving me £50). Excellent communications throughout and a very reasonable charge at the end. Highly recommended. Great service all round.
