Who is AIS
We install, repair and replace electronic POS terminals. But, more importantly, we understand how critical these devices are to the merchants that we serve. If they can't process transactions, they can't get paid. So having electronic POS terminals that function properly every day is a vital part of their business. That's why we make it a vital part of ours. AIS was established in 2007 by our president and founder - Amanuel Isaac. Before starting the company, Amanuel spent more than 8 years as a technician servicing electronic POS terminals. During that time he met a number of other technicians doing the same work. Most had all the technical skills needed to do the job, but few had the commitment to quality and service that he strived for. So when Amanuel started AIS, he only hired the best technicians from the many he had met; technicians that were as committed to customer service and technical expertise as he was.
