In 2003, a group of bankers and investors purchased the Bank, renaming it "AimBank" and converting from a nationalchartered bank to a state-chartered bank. AimBank has continually grown from $13 million in assets in 2003 when current ownership took over, to approximately $1.8 billion in assets today.
