AIM For You

Our mission is to provide quality support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities. Jim Giblin, President and Owner of AIM For You, Inc., earned his bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Pennsylvania in 1989. Throughout the 90's, Jim worked in the Human Resources field, but also did part time work with dually... diagnosed individuals in the Chicago area. Upon moving to Florida in 2000, Jim became interested in case management and began working for Advocates In Motion in 2002, eventually moving into the Director of Operations role. In September of 2017, Jim created AIM For You, Inc. in order to serve eligible Medwaiver clients located in the Southeast region of Florida with case management services. How does an individual become eligible for the Medwaiver program? The Medwaiver Program is designed for individuals who have been diagnosed with a developmental disability prior to their 18th birthday, and requires an application process which is completed through the Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD).
