AIA Palomar

AIA Palomar is dedicated to serving AIA Members in the San Diego North County area. Formally an independent chapter and now a voluntary section of the AIA San Diego Chapter, AIA Palomar serves the needs of architects who work and/or live in North San Diego County - from Del Mar to the Anza Borrego area and north to the Riverside/Orange County line.... In addition to offering its members a collective voice to integrate with the many municipal agencies, as well as the County of San Diego, the Section has established communication with Palomar College, Mira Costa College, and other institutions with architecture programs to promote awareness and interest in the architectural profession. Each month AIA Palomar offers professional development and networking opportunities as well as public forums, tours, lectures, and gallery exhibitions that provide architects and design enthusiasts with many opportunities to explore the local built environment. Our annual Industry Mixer celebrates construction and design in San Diego County. The Industry Mixer provide attendees the opportunity to meet and greet our design communitys movers and shakers. The mission of the AIA Palomar section is to promote the character, values and ethics of The American Institute of Architects within Northern San Diego County. The Section is dedicated to supporting our members by providing opportunities to advance our value to the public, foster innovation in design and cultivate the future of the architectural profession in Northern San Diego County.
