Ahnapee Hil... l Cleaning Services is one of three divisions owned and operated by Hill Building Maintenance, LLC. Hill Building Maintenance, LLC was originally established in 1971 and we are proud to be in operation for 30 years! Our company is currently owned and operated by John and Cindy Hill. Our team consists of full time employees and part time employees. In addition, management personnel include Greg Edwards, Restoration Project Manager, Yvonne Brooks, Director of Sales/Marketing all divisions and Dennis Franzen, Manager of Just Floors division. Hill Building Maintenance, LLC owns and operates three divisions. They include Ahnapee Hill Cleaning Services, Sunrise Hill Restoration, and Just Floors. Hill Building Maintenance, LLC is a progressively growing business. It was this growth that prompted the construction of a 4100 square foot facility located at 1555 Shiloh Road, Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. In 1998, Hill Building Maintenance established its residential services division, Ahnapee Hill Cleaning Services. In 2004, a 4100 square foot expansion was completed to accommodate the increased need for inventory and equipment storage as well as a vehicle maintenance area. In 2005, Sunrise Hill Restoration Services was purchased as the water, fire and smoke damage restoration division of the company. In 2006, Just Floors was purchased as the commercial floor division of the company with its office located at 2740 S. Packerland Drive, Suite C, Green Bay, Wisconsin.
