Since our agricultural testing laboratory first started out, we have always stayed on the forefront of technology in order to provide the best service possible to our customers. Agri-Analyse agricultural testing laboratory began in 1984 with the purchase of one of the first NIRS- Near Infra-Red Reflectance systems dedicated to forage and feed testi... ng in North America. The importance of NIRS to the dairy farming industry for the analysis of hay, haylage, corn silage and other feedstuffs changed the entire approach to the optimization of forages in ration balancing forever. We have been instrumental in assisting the agricultural industry in using laboratory data for rational use of home grown crops or purchased feeds. Our agricultural testing laboratory have since expanded their services to include high tech wet chemistry methods including "ICP" for the analysis of minerals in forages, feeds and byproducts. Fast and accurate forage and feed testing using "ELISA" techniques for the detection of mycotoxins is another area where we have excelled.
