I set up networks, recover lost data, transfer files from old computers to new, remove viruses and other malware. I know both Macs and PC's. When I retired I was the chief engineer of a group of Los Angeles radio stations. The radio industry has used computers since the beginning in the early 80's, first to help schedule commercials and print "logs" for the DJ to follow and now some stations are automated 100% of the time using computers. I've been working with them that entire time. In addition, also in the early 80's a friend and I started a company designing automation systems for agriculture. This was before PC's were on the market and so we designed and built our own computers to do what we needed to be done. Solving PC and Mac problems is easy compared to those days!
