The name change reflects the fact that our appraisal team, carefully assembled over the recent past, is a group of equals, rather than a single professional assisted by numerous associates. There will be no change in the intense focus we bring to providing solutions to a wide varie... ty of real estate and business valuation problems throughout California. This is only our third move since 1978, when we occupied a converted warehouse in San Francisco for 20 years. Since the staff lives in the North Bay, we are able to use our time more efficiently and, after four decades, continue to provide our clients with cost benefits. AGI Valuations has evolved into a multi-specialized valuation corporation organized into five groupings of services that reflect the unique skills of our professional and support staff. We are committed to fulfilling our mission by providing uniquely qualified and highly experienced appraisal specialists to solve each of our client's problems.
