The mission of AF Capital is to bring to our clients the intellectual capital to evaluate the current situation and to find the most cost-effective solutions to generate real results that correct today's and tomorrow's problems. We have found that many solutions fall into three areas: Re-visioning: By taking a hard look at the future as well as at... the nature and structure of the organization and personnel in place today, we help redefine the corporate vision about what the company should look like in 10-plus years. With the new vision, we develop the strategies and operating plans to make that vision a reality. We also provide the resources to implement those plans. Revitalization: We help management revitalize the organization to motivate personnel to meet corporate goals resulting in increased morale and productivity that improves the bottom line. Often it can be done without getting rid of old blood, making drastic cuts in employment, or adding to overheads. Restructuring: We bring in a fresh look at the organization and develop improved organization strategies that fit the company's culture and long-term objectives. Like putting up a high-rise, we start with the foundation first and help build the proper structure on that foundation. With a startup or business spin-off, we help develop the vision for that business and the plans to make it happen. With a on-going business, we get the whole organization to work hard to reach a common vision supported by all levels of management.
