Like a lot of other Social Housing providers, condensation and ventilation are a serious issue within our mixed stock. When the problems are more severe, we have needed to look beyond traditional ventilation and have used Aereco to both help assess the effectiveness of the different systems we have historically used and to then compare them to a trial Aereco property solution. This was carried out to very similar properties with comparable family lifestyles. We recorded the activities and vapour levels within the properties and were impressed with the results of the Aereco installation which also demonstrated that comfort was maintained as we did not see the significant temperature drops that other systems gave. Residents reported a better living environment and we were happy that our properties were not holding vapour within their structure, which was a concern with other systems we had used previously.
