We file all the paperwork and use fixtures and bulbs that will maximize your rebate dollars. The rebate is typically 25% or more of the project cost, which allows us to offer the job at an extremely low pri... ce. Are the rebates the only way to make the project cost-effective? No, absolutely not. The rebate is a big part of the equation but there is much more. AER has installed LEDs in hundreds of buildings. We purchase LED material in large quantities directly from some of the most reputable manufacturers for a fraction of what it might cost otherwise. Our buying power helps us reduce material price which we pass on to our customer. We also have first-class lighting designers who know how to lay out a project in a manner that is most cost-effective to the property owner/manager. Because we've installed so many buildings already, our installers are fast and efficient, further reducing the price to the customer. How long will it take to get the job done once I sign the contract? Once the utility company signs off on the pre-inspection, we immediately ship the material to the site. We will then typically start and finish the project within a few short weeks or sometimes even days. What do you do that our electrical contractor can't do? We are not competing with your electrical contractor. AER is an LED specialist. All we do is replace your current fixtures with LED fixtures and bulbs to reduce your electricity cost, save you on maintenance, and streamline the look of your property.
